GET CONNECTED
There are so many ways to get connected at Sanctuary! Our ministries are a great way to meet new people, grow closer to God, and have a blast in the meantime.

WHY BECOME A PART OF THIS FELLOWSHIP?
- Committing yourself to a local church body identifies you as a follower of Christ. We come together with other believers as the Body of Christ. Many members, but one body (Ephesians 2:19, Romans 12:5).
- Identifying with a local church provides a spiritual family and moves each of us away from isolation. It provides accountability and a nurturing environment to grow. We encourage one another daily to keep us from falling away from our faith (Ephesians 5:21). Third, identifying with a local Body of Christ gives each of us a place to discover and use our spiritual gifts in ministry. It helps us develop and strengthen our faith where God can use us to build His church (1 Cor. 12:4-27).
- As members of Christ’s body, we are His hands, His feet, His eyes, His heart. It is an incredible privilege to share in His ministry and be God’s instruments on earth (Hebrews 13:17; 20:28-29).
- God desires you to be an active part of a local church. “Let us consider one another in order to stir up love and good works, let us not forsake the assembling of ourselves together, as some are in the habit of doing, but exhorting one another, and so much the more as you see the Day approaching” (Hebrews 10:24-25).

Committing to the Sanctuary Community
1. Express your intent
Call one of our ministerial staff or elders or walk forward at the end of the service and express your desire to be a part of this family.
2. Meet with a Pastor or Elder
Over coffee and in conversation, we will introduce you to Sanctuary’s doctrine, vision, mission, values, and ministry opportunities. You will also have the chance to ask questions and share your story with us.
3. Affirm your faith in Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior and be baptized
Baptism by immersion is the way of identifying with His death, burial, and resurrection. You may have already taken these steps of faith along your faith journey, but if not, our ministerial staff and elders would be delighted to talk with you in more detail. Please contact us to learn how to come to Christ in faith.
4. Celebrate your commitment to Christ and His Church!
Be recognized in a weekend worship service and allow the church to celebrate this step in your ongoing journey of faith and service!
